Refunds

To request a refund/return of items you must first contact us. Returns are subject to approval, once approved we will send you a prepaid postage label to attach to your parcel.
We will inspect the returned item and notify you of your refund, replacement or exchange via email. Please allow up to 7 working days for your refund to be processed.

Cooling off period

UK law automatically gives you a 14 day ‘cooling-off period’ when you buy something you haven’t seen in person, i.e. online unless it’s made to measure, bespoke, custom or an end of line item.
